Why Check Your Mail Records?

MX Records

Mail Exchanger (MX) records specify the mail servers responsible for accepting email messages on behalf of a domain. Without valid MX records, your domain cannot receive emails.

SPF Records

Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is a DNS TXT record that lists incoming mail servers and IP addresses authorized to send emails on behalf of your domain, preventing spammers from spoofing your domain.

DMARC Records

Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance (DMARC) relies on SPF and DKIM to tell receiving servers what to do if an email fails authentication.
